One of the celebrated media personalities, who has influenced and impacted the lives of many, Kobi Hemaa Osisisiadan-Bekoe of Homebase TV has resigned from the station to take up a new challenge. She was the Director of TV at Homebase TV in Kokomlemle, Accra. TV Africa was her first place of work in media where she hosted “Ghana’s Pride” in 2007. The programme sought to project the rich Ghanaian culture while showcasing the various Ghanaian products on the market. Death has laid its icy hands on Ghanaian dancehall artist Ebony Reigns. Exclusive information reaching Ghana’s Hub For Pop Culture And Urban Entertainment News – www.nydjlive.com indicates Ghanaian dancehall artist Ebony is dead. Ebony who was returning from Sunyani after a visit was involved in a car accident and died at the Bechem Government Hospital. According our reporter, the driver however survived and is receiving treatment. Reliable information available to us indicates Ebony was returning to Accra to make preparations for a trip to America. Hungary-Ghana Annual Music Festival in the offing

The Hungarian Ambassador to Ghana, Andras Szabo has proposed the institution of a music festival dubbed “Hungary-Ghana Music Festival” to boost tourism between the two countries. The Music festival, which will be an annual event will be hosted in Accra and Cape Coast and will feature both Ghanaian and Foreign artiste. The objective is to increase arrivals into Ghana particularly from Hungary whilst providing a platform for people to network and explore business opportunities.
