Ghanaian rapper Sarkodie has been in the news for the past days concerning an Infinity car he purchased some years ago. Sarkodie was invited to the CID office in Accra when he went to DVLA office to register the car.
According to the The Criminal Investigation Department (CID) of the Police Service, he went to the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) in Accra to register an Infinity car they said had been reported stolen.
Hours after the reports of Sarkodie trying to register a stolen car went viral, the guy who sold the car to Sarkodie came out to give full details on how the incident happened. According to Doste Dee who made the narration known on instagram, Sarkodie did not buy a stolen product
Sarkodie has made his statement on this whole saga known through his lawyer, Mr. Moses Foa Amoaning. The lawyer in an interview with Kwasi Aboagye on Neat FM in Accra narrated how the whole incident happened.
