Award-winning video director, Jerry X Smar will premiere a short film, “Honourbale” on Tuesday, November 7 at the African University College of Communications.
The five-minute documentary movie is to help promote peace ahead of the 2016 general election slated for December 7. The director briefing Zionfelix.net about the short film, Honourable, stated that Xponent FX CO. Ltd, the production house known for entrepreneurship TV program, XLIVE TV decided to work on the documentary to lecture Ghanaians on violence.

“Electoral violence is manifested in various forms as physical assaults, arson and murder. One might be quick to ask, “what are the factors that might instigate all this electoral?” Factors such as nepotism, poverty, the culture of impunity, youth unemployment, are just but a few that I can mention.
The findings above compelled us to come up with a short movie titled “HONOURABLE” which is a five minute documentary film that contains real issues and lessons to bring a wake up call to all and sundry in Ghana to maintain and cherish the peace we have in our beloved country Ghana.” he told Zionfelix.net.
The documentary after its premiere at African University College of Communications on November 7 “will be on a tour to other selected institutions and flash point communities across the country”.
