Host of Taxi Driver show on Hitz FM popularly called Blakk Rasta has unreservedly apologised for his comment that 80 percent of MPs smoke marijuana. “The utterances were unfortunate. They came on the spare of the moment. I was on heat,” Rasta told the Privileges Committee of Parliament in a live broadcast after he was summoned for ridiculing Parliament and bringing the name of the House into disrepute.
