Kumawood star Wayoosi has lost his six month old daughter, Blessing Osei Fremah, Zionfelix.net is reliably informed.
The child who was mostly called Nhyira died on Thursday, October 13. Eugene Moratt, spokesperson for the family who confirmed the news to Zionfelix.net early Thursday said she died as a result of drug overdose.
“He called on Sunday to tell me that the child is sick adding she was allergy to a drug. I told them to take her to Kuffour Hospital because judging from how he was narrating it, the sickness was serious.
When I went there on Monday, she couldn’t open her eyes. I went there yesterday (Wednesday, October 12) and realised they had connected artificial oxygen on her to discard an unwanted medicine they gave her from the body.
So I asked the doctor what happened and he replied that they are investigating into the matter because they were given wrong medicine for the child’s sickness.
The dosage was also too much for the child. The six month old daughter was given 5ml instead of 2.5ml.
Wayoosi called me around 1am today (Thursday, October 13) crying”. Eugene Moratt who doubles as Assistant FIPAG general secretary narrated the said incident to Zionfelix.net
The late was christened four months ago in Kumasi.
